I work with charities, funders and public sector organisations to navigate complex challenges, seize opportunities and keep people at the centre of their work.
My consultancy brings together strategic thinking, practical experience and an understanding of the wider systems in which organisations operate. Having worked in frontline services, senior leadership and governance, and from micro-charities to large organisations, I understand both the ambitions organisations are working towards and the everyday realities of delivering change.

Supporting organisations to develop, review and refine strategies that are ambitious, evidence-informed, collaborative and grounded in the realities of delivery.
Facilitation, engagement and training
Designing and facilitating inclusive workshops, discussions and participatory processes that bring different perspectives together. Designing and delivering training on a range of topics.
Evaluation and learning partnerships
Working alongside organisations to capture insights, support reflection and gather evidence in impact. Supporting learning that informs ongoing decisions and improvements.
Project and programme management
Providing strategic and operational oversight to plan, coordinate and deliver complex projects and programmes, working effectively across teams and stakeholders.
Policy analysis and organisational positioning
Analysing policy developments and their implications for organisations, the people they support and the wider systems in which they operate. Helping organisations develop clear positions and responses.
Network mapping and coordination
Mapping and building strategic and operational relationships, identifying opportunities for collaboration and helping organisations build and coordinate networks around shared goals.
